Mile High(lights)

MTV VJ, Kim Stolz (the first lesbian contestant on America’s Next Top Model, who proceeded to make all the straight girls question their identiites) and I have had a long bet over who would get to Elizabeth Kucinich first.  Guess who won?!  (See why you should be out here Kimmy?!  Wrong!)
I’ve been offline because this morning was a nightmare.  I waited two hours for a cab to downtown, and then got dropped off on the far side of downtown to get my credentials, before starting the long long haul in the heat to the Big Tent to catch up on computer stuff.  I couldn’t take the heat on no food and little caffeine, and realized that the MySpace Cafe was nearby.  In another feat of talking my way into a credentialed VIP area that I don’t have a pass for, I just walked in and somehow was given a pass, ordered a Martini and now am going to talk to Lee Brenner, who runs MySpace’s political work, and who I met originally out in Iowa for the caucus, about those Millennials and their activism.
A few sips into this martini, post a photo with Elizabeth, and with some AC and Internet, and the day is getting a lot better.
